Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. All items have a 20% restock fee this covers us for time , packaging and mailing costs. Special order Hydro-Turf kits are non returnable. Electrical items are not returnable. Sale/Clearance items are non returnable. If an item is cancelled before it ships due to customer ordering error it will incur a 5% processing fee. We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY .

No refund will be given in cash or refund to a card or payment method credit will be added to the account you used to purchase.
If an international shipment is refused due to import fees we will not agree to return to sender. No refund will be issued the package and import fees are responsibility of the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at showtimefreestyle@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label only if we are at fault. If you simply wish to return the items because it was ordered incorrectly or you no longer require the item the return shipping and label cost is on you the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We have the right to refuse any return request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you will be issued STORE CREDIT ONLY.
