My order says delivered but i do not see it at my shipping address location can you call the shipping company and check?
If we shipped to the address you supplied it is your responsibility to check with the local postal company.
Do you ship international?
Yes we do we ship worldwide the price is calculated in your shopping cart.
Can you put a lower value on the customs declaration so we don't have to pay duty and taxes?
No we are not able to do this duty and taxes are the buyers responsibility.

How long does shipping take?
We ship every day except Sunday. Special order products can take a little longer to arrive. In stock items will arrive typically within a week depending on the shipping speed you selected at check out. *PLEASE NOTE DURING PEAK SEASON SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING MAKE TAKE LONGER.

We carry most parts in stock here in our store in Plainville , Connecticut. Special order products will carry a lead time.

Can i change the shipping address after i have ordered?
No we cannot do that once an order is in our system.
I ordered the wrong product can i return it?
Returns are on a case to case basis we reserve the right to refuse any return. We may approve the return if we deem it necessary.
