My order says delivered but i do not see it at my shipping address location can you call the shipping company and check?
If we shipped to the address you supplied it is your responsibility to check with the local postal company.

Do you ship international?
Yes we do we ship worldwide the price is calculated in your shopping cart. International customers are responsible for taxes and duty. Selecting USPS 1st class will be the slowest shipping method with up to 21 working days transit. If you require a product fast please select UPS.

Can you put a lower value on the customs declaration so we don't have to pay duty and taxes?
No we are not able to do this duty and taxes are the buyers responsibility.

How long does shipping take?
We ship every day except Sunday. Special order products can take a little longer to arrive. In stock items will arrive typically within a week depending on the shipping speed you selected at check out. *PLEASE NOTE DURING PEAK SEASON SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING MAKE TAKE LONGER. All orders will receive a tracking number , check your email and junk email it will be there for you. Once we hand off a package to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility , this means any delays caused by the shipping company is on them. We will not offer any type of refund on shipping due to a package arriving late due to the shipping company.

Do you have parts in stock or are you another one of those drop ship companies?
We carry most parts in stock here in our store in Plainville , Connecticut. Special order products will carry a lead time.

Can i change the shipping address after i have ordered?
No we cannot do that once an order is in our system.

I ordered the wrong product can i return it?
Returns are on a case to case basis we reserve the right to refuse any return. We may approve the return if we deem it necessary. We offer only store credit in this case.

I think my package is lost can you refund my order?
If a package still shows as moving through the shipping company network we are unable to process a refund until it is either marked as lost , or returned to sender. All orders have a $100 insurance as standard if you require a higher insurance cost please email us.
